Return & Exchange Policy Exchange Policy: The product will only be exchanged if: It is of poor quality Damaged Dimensions are not standard In order to be exchanged a product has to be: In the same condition as it was dispatched Returned with the original packing Should not be further damaged Returned with all the contents that were dispatched The customer will bear the cost of sending the package back to Reet Riwaj The product to be exchanged must be of similar or less value than the product previously received. Refund Policy: No refunds will be processed for Cash on Delivery orders. For credit card orders, the amount will be refunded via Cross Cheque only if we are unable to fulfil the order. For incomplete dispatch on credit card orders, the remaining amount will be refunded in the same manner.
